Yasser Arafat’s body to be exhumed: Was he poisoned by Polonium-210 & By Who?

Was Yasser Arafat poisoned

by Polonium-210? His

death has remained a

mystery for many, and for

 quite some time there has

 been many around the

globe that believe he was

poisoned.

Bowing to the long-time claims made by Palestinian

officials that Arafat was poisoned by Israel and French

authorities, a decision has been made to exhume the body of

iconic Palestinian leader in an attempt to get answers.

Arafat died in November 2004 in a Paris military hospital, a month after falling sick. Even if the medical records claim a stroke was the cause of death, the detection of polonium-210 left a inquiry with inconclusive answers.

That all comes to an end tomorrow we hope says Tawfik Tirawi who will lead the investigation team as Swiss, French and Russian experts will take samples from Arafat's bones from the body that will be exhumed and buried the same day with full honors. It should be noted that Palestinians will be barred from witnessing anything that happens as selected officials will be performing the investigations from behind closed doors.

This cause for re-investigation came on the heels of Arafat's wife handing over clothes to the Al-Jazeera News Agency who passed the clothes with the traces of Polonium-210 to a swiss lab for testing.

Many believe that given the history of assassinations carried out by Israel that they are behind Arafat's death and like always they say they have done nothing.

We shall wait and see what if any answers, if any, come from this exhumation of the departed Palestinian leader.
